Subject: Results of Special Meeting – Opting Out of Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission Jurisdiction held on February 27, 2025

Dear Members,

We would like to thank all of you who participated in the recent Special Meeting held to vote on whether our organization should opt out of the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC).

We are writing to inform you of the final results of that vote:

• 160 members voted in favor of opting out of IURC jurisdiction
• 18 members voted to remain under IURC jurisdiction

With a clear majority voting in favor, the decision has been made to opt out of the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
