MON Rate Increase

Dear Valued Customer:

We are writing to inform you that our wholesale water provider, Stucker Fork Water Utility, is currently pursuing a rate case that may result in a increase in the cost of water. While the final details are still being determined, the proposed rate adjustment is anticipated to take effect around August or September of 2025.

As a result, Marysville Otisco Nabb Water Corporation (MON Water) will be required to pass this increase on to our customers once it is implemented. We understand that any rate adjustment can have an impact, and we want to assure you that MON Water remains committed to providing safe, reliable water service while continuing to manage our operations as efficiently as possible.

We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available, including the final approval status, effective date, and revised rates.
